Please join us for yet another work day at Yegua Knobbs Preserve to hand clear yaupon in a sensitive habitat area! This time Mike Davis will be leading the work.
This is what yaupon looks like: https://www.wildflower.org/plants/result.php?id_plant=ilvo
Bring water, tools (loppers, hand saws, cutting blade attachments on weed eaters, etc.) and wear long pants and shirts and closed-toe shoes. For reals. You’ll get scratched up if you don’t.
Mike Davis’ cell: 512-484-6858
Please register here so I can prepare for the number attending and make sure you have good directions to the preserve. After registering, you’ll be automatically taken to our waiver, so please also fill that out for 2022!
