Join Pines and Prairies Land Trust for it’s 1st Saturday Service Day at the Colorado River Refuge! This is a monthly volunteer event run by PPLT Volunteer Leader, Margaret Silbernagel. Work usually includes trimming and clearing trails.

Please bring: Loppers, a trimmer if you have one, gloves and water.

Facilities: There are no restrooms or drinking water at the Colorado River Refuge so come prepared!

Location: Colorado River Refuge in Bastrop. Meet at the River Trailhead and we will walk to the work location together. Address: 229 Riverside Dr, Bastrop, TX 78602. Note you can not access this trailhead from driving down Riverside Dr. You must drive south on Waipahoehoe Dr from Lamaloa.
