June 5th across the county people will be maintaining and improving hiking trails for National Trails Day! Join Pines and Prairies Land Trust at the Colorado River Refuge for a morning of trail clean up. Volunteers will be trimming vegetation from the trails and picking up trash.

Please bring: Loppers, a trimmer if you have one, gloves and water.

Facilities: There are no restrooms or drinking water at the Colorado River Refuge so come prepared!

Meet at the River Trailhead. Address: 229 Riverside Dr, Bastrop, TX 78602. Note you can not access this trailhead from driving down Riverside Dr. You must drive south on Waipahoehoe Dr from Lamaloa.
