In preparation for June 26th’s Open Preserve Day at Yegua Knobbs Preserve we will be hosting two volunteer work days at the preserve. This is a great opportunity to explore the beautiful preserve and support it PPLT’s mission of conservation and community engagement.
Most of the work will be trimming trails and adding signage. If we have enough volunteers we will also do Yaupon removal! We ask volunteers to being gloves, water and loppers or strong clippers for the work.
The work day will run from 8:30-11:30 and be run by Melanie Pavlas, Executive Director.
