Unfortunately due to an unforeseeable staffing shortage the Open Preserve Day at Yegua Knobbs Preserve is cancelled. Our board president has been called into emergency response through the Texas Forest Service. We will be hosting other Open Preserve Days in the fall and hope you will join us then.

Pines and Prairies Land Trust is excited to open Yegua Knobbs Preserve for a day outside with your family or friends. Yegua Knobbs Preserve is our most unique property with over 300 acres of pristine wildlife habitat: piney woods, a spring fed bog, local history and rare orchids!

This event is free and open to the public.

In order to prevent the spread of coronavirus we ask that you maintain six feet of distance from other groups at the preserve, that you wear a face covering while you check in, and that you stay home if you are feeling unwell.
