THIS EVENT IS FULL - PLEASE JOIN US NEXT TIME!
Join Pines and Prairies Land Trust at Yegua Knobbs Preserve for a birding hike led by expert birders Tracy and Glen Novinger of Travis Audubon! The Novingers will also provide a tutorial on using eBird.
You’ll also be the first to see the habitat restoration work we have completed recently supported by The Cornell Lab Land Trust Bird Conservation Initiative Program. PPLT is using birds as an umbrella species for the project, where restoration to support native birds also benefits all native wildlife utilizing the different habitats at YKP.
Bring binoculars, water and your eBird app and wear clothing and shoes appropriate for hiking through tall grass, possibly wet ground and low hills. It’s also insect, burr and snake season, so be prepared!
THIS EVENT IS FULL. IF YOU FILL OUT THE FORM WE UNFORTUNATELY DO NOT HAVE SPACE FOR YOU.
